Hartmut Neven (Aachen, ) é um pesquisador que trabalha com computador quântico, visão computacional, robótica e neurociência computacional. É mais conhecido por seu trabalho em reconhecimento de faces e objetos e suas contribuições à aprendizagem automática quântica.
